Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, please contact us at ironmum.eg@gmail.com. Returns will be picked up from your address.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
